Building the park, we started out with Engineers for the layout, water, electric, and sewer plans. We did it this way to ensure proper function and operation. Everything was inspected by the proper authorities. The sewer was installed so that no pumps or lift stations were required, it’s all gravity flow. The water in the park has water mains in front of each site 2 inch and 3 inch mains by having it this way, each site will have equal water pressure. The electric to each site has its own meter and a 60 amp service. The electric box in each site has 20 amp 30 amp 50 amp outlets.  The concrete in the sites and street is a six sac mix, 4000 psi strength, and ½ inch rebar on 24 inch centers.
